Riot analysts are right there isn't more damage however the issue is the velocity of the damage DPS

Riot thinks that nothing has changed because they base themselves on numbers. If you compare averall damage after games it didn't changed at lot from past season. That's the reason they think we are just experimenting an illusion created by changes they implented.

However the issue is the DPS. If we compare average damage per min in the game with past seasons it has increased a lot. Games have been shorter but the damage staid the same : which means there is the same damage in a less long game => correct interpretation damage per second or per minute increased a lot for shorter games.

it is not overall damage that has to be changed but dps damage.

Damage dealt in a game also depends on champions hp pool and how much they sustain before dying. And you wont sustain much hp in 0.5 too 2 seconds.

If they think nothing has changed it is really hard for me to believe they play the game.

the analysists are wrong then, if a 30minute game from say s6 has the same damage as a 20min game this season, yep dps has gone up but so has the damage by quite a margin.

out of interest where are these stats so I can have a look at them
