All energy champs should get reworked

As well as the energy system in general Shen, Akali, Kennen - painful to play against when they are good Lee, Zed - Are in every damn game (then again Riot would never touch their star children)

The last time I saw a Lee was when Devourer was disabled, and the last time before that was at least a month. Zed has fallen out of popularity for most players, Akali and Shen are rarely seen, and Kennen is fine how he is (Shen's in here with him too)

Personally I wouldn't mind more uses of the energy resource.

Shen's Q and W are pitiful. In lane, you can only use it to sustain on minions and shield an auto or two. Q doesn't even do damage until you have 4-5 points in it. It makes sense he should be able to spam those two skills.
