Morgana her global Q hitbox seems a bit much.

Could Rito please fix either the hitbox or the animation, because right now I am getting stunned while it misses me completely.

Morgana Q can be blocked by minions it's also worth investing in boots early

her Q has been nerfed and the hit box narrowed already ... its a fairly slow moving linear telegraphed ability

not that it bothers me, but calling morgana's q a stun will generally turn people off from what you're saying immediately

it's def annoying tho, animation and hitbox are a bit off imo
