New champions has AoE Trynd ult that heals
lol
lol
yea but it applies the effect to enemies if they are in the zone
Just another wayt to troll your own team.

If they're in the zone.
Which
they
won't
be
ever
if your team doesn't suck. There are so many aoe displacements in the game that this ult can quite literally be considered to only apply to allies.
What if they're on the enemy team?
What if they're on the enemy team?
Then the Kindred player is trolling. Why pick Kindred when the enemy team has aoe displacement unless you want to lose? It's another toxic, binary design where victory is determined by the champions in play rather than the players.
Sounds more like a solid way to counterplay Kindred.
Also, blind pick exists.

That isn't counterplay, it's counterpicking. If Kindred's team has aoe displacement, they're invulnerable whenever the ult is off cd and there's no counterplaying it. If the enemy team has aoe displacement Kindred effectively doesn't have an ult as it will only be a liability. Player skill is a non-factor with a design like this, only which team has the better picks.
Also, blind pick is usually terrible because people who are playing for fun will frequently run into teams of entirely people looking to stomp using toxic champs.
Thresh and Janna are two of the most played supports. Vayne is the most played adc.
I don't have the rest of pick rate handy, but this should show that displacement isn't a rare mechanic.

imagine an AoE wombo combo into a ziggs ult right as it ends (of course the morellos procs reduce enemy healing making the ult heal insignificant when played right). It's so beautiful

But what if the enemy team has aoe displacements?
There is counterplay to this. If the team decides to pick around this champion, they have an advantage, but there are ways to play around it.
QQ'ing on a champion without numbers on the kit while he's not even playable on the PBE ?
Lucian was considered Shit on PBE, ended up broken OP.
Tahm Kench kit felt OP on PBE and ended up being a little Underpowered until buffs to make him fine.
Lissandra felt like shit on PBE ended up Broken OP on live.
Zyre felt balanced on PBE, ended up in a hotfix nerf on Live in LESS THAN A WEEK.
Can you stop and just give it a chance for it to hit live first ? Champs often ends up the exact opposite they felt by reading the kit or what we see from PBE.
I don't care whether the champion as a whole turns out to be op or up what I care about is having someone giving a Trynd ult to everyone on the enemy team and screwing you over.
Lucian was trash on release, he needed several bugfixes and a mini-rework before he became god tier.
Lucian was the weakest release of all time with barely 30% win rate for 2 weeks.. only after several buffs he emerge one of the best..
Get you facts straight!
Not all of this is true BUT it is true that we should wait and see before we deem something completely broken or useless.
I think Kindred have the chance to be really cool and unique. We haven't really had a marksman jungler before. (Unless kayle counts???????)

Well Kindred only has 500 AA range and W is more effective ifyou melee a bit to make the Wolf zone better placed in the fight. Similar to Melee-ADc style in the jungle imo, but I would still consider them (why not ? they are two) the first true ADC balanced for the jungle. Marks farming doesn't work in lane and her poke would be 500 Range in lane... Even Sivir beats that with Q+E.
It's probably the most unique thing about the kit -- immortality (but not CC immunity) plus a heal to everyone in the area, ally or enemy. That could be used really well or really poorly, much like a Bard ult.
I'm sure it's not the same people, but forums are: 1) QQing about Kindred's kit being boring while also 2) saying LOL this ult wtf is this... what, you'd prefer it be a huge-range damage dealing execute missile?
or maybe a long-range teleport?
?
Exactly. This is a very unique ult, the only thing CLOSE is bard's ult, and the two have clearly different uses.
I think that the ult should damage the enemy and heal friendly champions within the zone when it ends or have it heal the targeted champ based on the number of enemy champs within the zone by like 10% per enemy champ.

So that when you stand on it as an enemy, almost die, and then when the effect ends you die?
I'm really getting tired of "hurr durr can't kill me/my friends" abilities
. The fact that it heals enemies too is complete bullshit, this is going to be a repeat of
where even well-intentioned players are going to completely screw it for their team in certain fights.
it applies to enemies and neutral targets as well.
It's a risky situational ult for sure, though if Kindred's enemy isn't careful, they'll blow smite while Kindred will hold onto theirs, allowing for guaranteed dragon/baron every time.
I'm excited to see them in action.
I'm really not seeing the problem here. Displacement aside, Kindred's ult guarantees one thing, that the enemy ( or ally ) team will be within it's confines while it lasts. They will do this because they want to benefit it, even if they aren't afraid of dying, then they will surely want the heal. A simple way to deal with this would be to disengage, or just switch positioning away from the ult, if they want to benefit from the ult, then they won't follow, if they do follow, they won't be invulnerable any more. An advanced way to deal with this is to take advantage of the fact that they grouped. Set up your AOE, your crowd control, lay down some Zyra plants and ult so that if they really want to stay in they will be all 20% when it's over. Being unable to die doesn't make you immune to this crap, and once the ult is over you will die shortly after. This is not a AOE Trynd ult, Trynd's ult gives him so much survivability because he can move and escape during it. This is stationary and easily worked around, if only you take the time to think about how to do so. So don't complain about it, advance your strategy, pick off Kindred before the teamfight, avoid a teamfight and split, there are many options other than blindly running in and complaining as they won't die, THIS **** IS OP! Rant done.
