Champions I play... Are they too weird for ranked?

Main role Top, secondary Mid. And by secondary Mid, I mean Karthus only usually.

Tanky- Nasus, Illaoi ... Dmg- Karthus, Malphite (yes I play him with pretty hard dmg) ... Supportish- Mundo (fights AP Pokes), Chogath (learning, fights AD Pokes), Nunu (fights Divers) [I take all these champs both Top and Mid]

Jungle- Pantheon, Nunu, Mundo, Nocturne (learning some) ... Adc - Lulu, Ziggs (don't like/play any conventional adcs)

Hard, tunnel-visioned Pusher - Shen... Also, I can take Karthus to any lane when required.

Mainly, I like game-changing ults.

Might be harder to climb due to closeminded teams and sub-optimal picks, but nothing seems unviable.
