Would the game be more fun if hotfixes were more common?

I mean the 2000 true damage from tank chogath. The kinda uncounterable twitch late game in lower elo solo que, but also a problem seeing as he is the #2 ADC right now...still for about 4 or 5 patches i lost count it has been so long (i just perma ban him). Kalista 100% ban rate in high elo? Udyr speed, damage and healing. Ezreal... and Klepto. Press the attack on basically anyone since it procs more damage, should we adjust some stats or just leave it for another patch? Riot says leave it but nerf aery. Remember old mundo that would not die. Built full tank and would not die. Graves jungle, do I really have to exlain since they waited a whole season to nerf him. Only to buff him again. I feel like if riot hotfixed these issues and then asked question later, the game would feel much more balance. Im not talking about giant nerfs those would be reserved for the actual patch. But at least a armor, base AD, AP/AD ratios of over 100% (wtf riot) reduced to 80% or less, remove or alter certain actives(ARDENT CENSOR). But they wait several patches or even years to do ANYTHING meaningful. Why? Simple nerfs are very manageable and then can be adjusted for the upcoming or next patch.

What do you think about more hotfixes to increase the quality of games instead of tying up more ban slots?
