Sanguine Blade is trash
You buy it on any of the champions "it's god tier on" and they suck still. Trash item. Absolute noob trap that has a useless and lack luster passive.

It’s actually pretty good. If you’re only buying it for team fights, you’re using it wrong. In those cases, it’s only 80% gold efficient. You’re better off with Duskblade or Youmou’s. However, in 1v1 duels and while split pushing it’s ~130% gold efficient. It forces 2 or more champions on the enemy team to have to defend against your split pushes. It’s also not that great for most assassins, as the AS benefits duelists more. I like it most on Fiora and Jax, who already excel at split pushes and duals. It’s not God Tier in my opinion, but it does definitely help to fill the split push void left by Zz’rot Portal.
