So..... Electrocute is becoming Thunderlord's Decree. Gratz Forum QQ. You asked for it!

Damage lowered from 50-220 (+50% Bonus AD)(+30%AP) to 30-180 (+40%Bonus AD)(+25%AP) **Cooldown lowered from [50-25] to [25-20] **

Thunderlord's Decree:

10 - 180 (based on level) + (30% bonus AD) + (10% AP) magic damage in an area around them.

Thunderlord's Decree can only be triggered once every 25 - 15 (based on level) seconds.

Okay:

-Electrocute will have almost identical Base damage scaling to Thunderlord's Decree (MORE at low levels) -Electrocute will have will have 10% MORE AD scaling and 15% MORE AP scaling than Thunderlord's Decree. -Electrocute will have the SAME Starting Cooldown as Thunderlord's Decree, and only 5 seconds more at Max.

Get ready boys.

Electrocute is going to be spammable now, still do significant damage...... just like all you Thunderlord's lovers wanted.
