Fiora works just fine
parry at 7:01, weakpoint at 9:57, parry at 22:07 (if you slow it down you can see he gets damaged while parrying)
Was looking at the LPL and I wasn't suprise that Fiora doesn't function properly even there. And this is just one game where those 2 problems probably meant the match was even this close. Can we stop adding 10 billion more champions and fix the existing bugs, bad netcode. League is said to be a competitve game then BE one. How to trust riot to make a shooter with a "good netcode" if something this slow, this obvious doesn't work. Only the 3rd one is arguable, that level would be allowed in shooters. I reached eagle (only that because I quitted afterwards) in CSGO, I watched a lot of replays and we talk about a couple of pixels error there, not clearly visible to the naked eye ones. Pixelshots (where you aim at a few pixels wide gap with your oneshot sniper) where the enemy runs through would be impossible with such a netcode, yet in CSGO we seen them time and time again. It's honestly a joke to call league competitve like this. But Riot keeps rolling out new champs that break things even more, rather than fixing these issues.
One interesting theory I would like to note, I believe if you record your match and then download it from match history and compare the two you will get different results as you record client side but you download the server side recording. But I don't record my games, it just became suspicious as I rewatched my games to see if that obvious not-hits were just my illusion.
