Despite Taliyah being my favorite champion, i've been mostly a jungle main. For the longest time i wanted to see a bigger variety of champions in the jungle, especially AP mages that have struggled to work in the jungle.

Seeing my favorite champion actually become playable in my favorite role makes me really happy, but i also hope to see more mages pop in the jungle. I even tried out multiple times Annie jungle both in the past years and recently and it is really fun besides the really hard early clear. I see Runic Echoes changes as a success, or at least a step in the right direction.

Although it might still be too early to confirm, if Taliyah jung proves to be too strong, i hope they won't gut her too hard, i really want jungle mages to be a thing D:

Also a Taliyah main here, and I must say I don't mind that she's gained traction in the jungle, but I don't think it will last long. Kinda like how Morgana/Ezreal jungle were super strong and then just stopped being a thing. I would 100% rather play her mid lane as jungling usually just stresses me out, though. So if Taliyah jungle does stick around I hope she'd still be viable mid, too.

She's currently receiving nerfs to her Q damage % and E ratio.

Both nerfs that will effect her Jungling more then her laning.

I have my doubts she'll see much consistent play as a Jungler.

I like your name, however I really don't want tailyah's main role to be jungle. I say that as someone that likes playing her jungle every once in awhile.

I want jungle mages to be a thing. I think there's a lot of untapped potential there. It's awesome Taliyah is viable in another role! That's really cool, especially for people who play both midlane and jungle. New strategies are a good thing. I'm happy for you! :)

There's no data saying so yet I suppose, but I'd be sad if she became a stronger jungler than midlaner. So I'm waiting anxiously to see what happens.

I still think Taliyah would have preferred movespeed on the item. If they wanted CDR on it so bad, they could have just done what they did with item 3001 and pull 10% cdr out of their ass upon item completion.

A more reasonable thing to do would be to add 5% cdr to the finished smite item, then 10% upon finishing the enchant, but you'd have to deal with item 1400 item 1412 since that would make it have 20% CDR. Maybe change the item 3133 into a item 1037 . It would be too much work though.

While I do like Taliyah jg and mage JGs, I'm still super pissed that they gutted Elise. The compensation buffs to Runic didn't do shit for her. She's still trash tier, and if Taliyah jg is a thing, I think Elise should be too.

Meanwhile my favorite Jungler Twitch is completely unviable and now I have to resort to first timing champs in ranked. (And even though I’m having success with first timing Rengar, Shaco, Graves, etc I still want my favorite champ back in viability)

Plz don't its enough with the spam of almost every top jgler going taliyah I mean its nice to have variety in the jgl but the spam lately from is almost as equal as the spam of banner just gets boring. And worse when u see someone trying it out in rank for first time to see its not that easy.

Ive played Taliyah only in rare occasions, and I don't care having her as a jungler. I had a Taliyah jg in my team a couple of games back and it was fine, it creates some diversity in the game and she's totally viable (good jg clear, gank potential, ... ).

I just hope Riot doesn't nerf/break her to bits because she's not played only mid.

I'm fine with it, just not HAPPY with it. It brings out all the people who have no idea how to play Taliyah in the game either on my team or on the enemy team who just feed everything because they wanna try the newest hip thing. Seriously when will League players stop trying to be like everybody else. If you don't play Taliyah, please don't try to play Taliyah jungle. You didn't play her before, don't play her now unless you actually like her as a champion.

I don't enjoy making the enemy Taliyah jungle my bitch because they have no idea how to play their champion well, and I don't enjoy the enemy team making my Taliyah jungle their bitch for the same reason.

I was very harsh on the Taliyah rework, and it made me kind of sad... but after playing her in the jungle I kinda like it, but only for the jungle.

Don't get me wrong, I liked her in the midlane and would have loved if they kept her there, but facing the facts here: The changes to her Q really suit the jungle way better than the midlane. Her changes to her passive suit the jungle. The reworked Taliyah in almost every aspect just makes more sense for the Jungle...

Honestly she should probably stay and be embraced by Riot as a primary jungle if this is the version of Taliyah we get. Afterall they said they wanted mages in the jungle, and we got one (probably by accident...) It's one of those situations--kind of like when they remade Quinn, she became a top laner and was allowed to stay there because it was the only thing her remake could allow, maybe made her a little more interesting than she was previously; and 3 years later she's even finding her way back into the botlane a little.

Similarly, this version of Taliyah will be more interesting as a jungler than mid, if they try and put her back primarily as mid they may as well revert (and that probably won't happen).

I think that's really cool, too. I bought her with the intention of top-laning with her (yes, I'm mad), but now she's taken up jungling and I think it'd be really cool.

I also tried jungling with Rumble today (without smite) because one of our teammates wasn't comfortable with it. He's actually amazing for the role, at least after a few kills and monsters.

Forget the meta, enjoy your role how you play it best. Prove us all wrong.

I love mages in the jungle, before zoe's r cdr mechanic was changed to not work on monsters, or removed, I played a bit of her there. It's refreshing since most of the jg is AD or assassins...
