Same as with blitzcrank. Ward everything around. You get hit, you die. Straight up toxic champ, imho.

Never pick immobile champs if they can still pick Zoe.

Cleanse. Spell shields. That's pretty much it...

dodge the thing Burst her poke her down so that all-inning you is uncomfortable for her Play passively wards Movespeed to dodge or MR/health to take the hits. Take Ravenous Hunter so you can regen off waves. Cleanse. Or just be Morganna. With Ravenous Hunter. Playing passively. With wards. And MR/movespeed. (But don't forget to dodge the thing)

Timely turret placement can block a decent bit of her damage.
