Can Zilean's double-Warp get some love?

Even something super simple like "Reapplications of Time Wrap will extend the duration, rather than refresh it", so I don't feel bad wasting 0.1 second of the duration - plus it allows me to stack it on someone who I know is going to be out of range for the second cast.

If you wanted to go further and give it an empowerment - something that's still relatively simple could be "Reapplications of Time Warp will extend the duration and, if an ally, grant them immunity to slowing effects for 2.5 seconds." But you know... just if you want to.

Think it'd be alright to nerf his damage numbers a bit if something like this came through? Zil's actually been having a lot of success lately, don't think he needs a straight buff, some power shifting might be better.

It really depends on what goes through. Extending instead of refreshing feels far too much like a quality of life change rather than a buff - since it allows you to "queue" rather than having the manually wait and hope you don't activate it too early.

i'm not sure it even needs a changer unless you specifically need to slow someone more than once...I'll slow a charging rammus in ARAM and he'll be moving slower than a snail....an unkillable snail, but a snail XD

i'm all for some fancy stuff on double warp - but he really needs to loose power else where on the kit for it. He's not in a position to just recive plain buffs.
