Leblanc Sigil of Malice balance

I think that getting rid of leblanc's silence was probably in the best interest of League of Legends as a whole (even if it wasn't so great for lb players). However I think that Riot should do the same thing they did to Kassadin which is allow the second proc of the Sigil of Malice to still interrupt channeling spells. This would give lb players something extra to think about (haha already a mechanically complex champ) if they so chose to use this against say kat and xerath (etc,etc). It wouldn't be an op change but it will still capture the original idea of the Sigil of Silence.
