Riot having random Harrowing events is fine...
Just make sure you also do something for us on Halloween.
Wanting to not be tied down when telling stories seems like a good idea and doing events randomly when you're ready is also a good idea. But don't neglect important holidays that the community likes to have tied into League. Maybe do theme it around a different area than the Shadow Isles, maybe focus less on telling a full story but make some cool themed designs for the client/map, really do whatever you want, just do something. We don't want to tie down your creativity just, just your timing
