How come Ekko... gets a 1.3 AP ratio ultimate and like 3 different slows and a stun, with shield and mobility...

AND

How come veigar can't have a 1.2 ratio ultimate.. and an instant stun, and a WIDE as Q skillshot?

because viegar has a scaling q that if the game go's long (MIND U IT CAN STACK 2 FROM 1 SHOT NOW) and ur saying its not fair he can 1v1 any ap in the game with just his ult and q and you think he needs more damage XD dude go play bots til you realize how much more broken viegar is if you know how to use him
