Miss Fortune's E should apply Impure Shots

Since her ultimate now does bonus magic damage based on how many stacks are already on a target, I think it makes sense that she'd need something to help her spread them across a team. Right now she's really only gonna have that damage on one or two targets (on account of Double Up) but if her E applied it for her then she'd be able to hurt a little harder on both her ultimate and her E across more targets.
