I mean, ADCs get knights vow and phantom dancer. 24% damage reduction on a ranged champion often makes them tankier than a 3000HP 200armor/MR tank... Combined with lifesteal, those ADCs actually WILL be tankier than everyone else in the game.

Only graves ever really bought steraks gauge. And actual damage reduction is a great stat for tank-specific items, because it makes them very effective. you dont really see juggernauts buying warmogs or frozen heart, do you?
