@Riot Can death's dance 30% damage reduction be adressed yet?

Why has this not been toned down to like 20% or something yet, you straight up doubled the damage reduction and didn't tone down any of the other stats on the item for some reason, now champions are just running around face tanking everything because they can just outlifesteal the bleed.

It's honestly one of the most toxic items i have seen played so much and i don't understand why it isn't being touched whatsoever, At least make the build path more abusable or something to take this item down a notch, Riven players aren't even comboing correctly and still succeeding because they are as tanky as a Frontliner with the purchase of an item with 80AD.

Seriously as a tank player this might sound hyprocritical but i feel like if you opt for damage stats you shouldn't be able to just face tank ADC's for ages.

Ok first off your title is wrong - it isnt a dmg reduction it changes dmg your taking to tick dmg taken over time Also the item is only run on 2-4 champs currently it really isnt that good. So can you spend your time complaining about something that actually needs fixing.

It isn't damage reduction, it's 30% damage taken over time. I think a better nerf would be delaying the damage for 1.5-2 seconds instead of 3 seconds. As is any champion with high consistent damage can heal copious amounts of hp over the 3 seconds it currently is.

TIL: delaying damage for a moment now makes you as tank as a frontline tank.
