Yet he gets MS, AS AND stealth all in one ability and also a reset. I'd say remove ATLEAST AS or shove off the bonus AD on his ult. That should fix most of his issues. Losing AS/AD will make sure runaans+bf is not enough to melt an entire team or even botrk alone.

Yes but if they don't jump directly on him, say Zed W'd in, Twitch can immediately go into stealth and then "whelp, there he goes."

EDIT: If you're within 700 units of twitch itl reveal him. That is plenty of range.
