2-8 AND BRONZE 1?! WTF RIOT!

This person I know HAPPENS TO GET BRONZE 1 FROM A 2-8 PROMOS! This makes no sense at all! During the ranked reset people got 9-1 and still bronze 1. 8-2 and still bronze 3, and I got 5-5 and silver 5. Naturally according to the system it should be like this: You play for bronze 4 when you play your first ranked game, and you continously do so until you win a game. Then your next game you play for bronze 3 unless you're out of placements, and so on. But she loses her 1st and 2nd games and wins only her 3rd and 4th game in her promos. Making it so she should actually only be in bronze 2-4, but the fact that she's bronze 1, it's weird. It's like she got boosted by the riot ranking system or something. Please change this cause I'm really sure that many veteran players are dissastified with them and the new players should get matched up with other people in promos so the game matters to the entire team.
