Need some advice on playing vs vel'koz ultimate as an immobile squishy.

so I normally play sup/adc and whenever I get vs'd a vel'koz on their team I basically give up hope of having any impact on teamfights. it's got a massive range, good turning power unless you are right on top of him he can pretty much follow anyone with it, it can and will delete me from the battlefield whether he has ap or not and whether I've built one defensive item or 3 defensive items and am still full hp. I'm currently fighting my way out of bronze so relying on a support to peel for me in most cases isn't feasible and if I am the support, I just take it best I can and pray my team can follow up while he ults the support. and if I'm the midlaner for some reason then I'm pretty much toast the moment he hits 6 anyways.

Stay the fuck out of the jungle if you don't have vision on velk.
Don't stack up. Velk is a sitting duck while ulting so long as he can't hit a bunch of folks at once. He will just get killed by whoever he isn't ulting.

as a vel main if the adc steps up they are dead 99% of the time the only hope they have is to dodge my e and try to burst me ( most likely not gunna happen)....all u can do is not stand behind your team stand at an angle from your team and make me choose ult the adc or the massive tank coming at me because if u allow me to hit u both the fight is over. also if u have flash u can flash and keep running in that direction and my ult cant swing fast enough to fallow u.......CC WILL STOP THE ULT as it is a channel HOPe THIS HELPS

Alright, you agree that if you touch a pot with boiling water you burn yourself. What do you do in order to not hurt yourself? You don't touch the pot.

Now: you also agree that vel koz ultimate does a lot of damage ok? What do you do in order to not get killed? You stay outside the range or hitbox of said spell.
