Changing summoner spells in game.

I just want to keep this short and simple. It's a pain to have a jungler forget smite, so I think there should be an option to change your summoner spells at the beginning of the game before you leave spawn pool for the first time. After that you're out of luck.

I get and kinda like the idea but then your allowing every summoner the chance to counter the enemy laner by seeing what champ/ summoning spell they chose. Lets say this... I'm playing blind pick and I see that I'm about to go up against Annie and her cute little bear in the mid lane. So i now decide to switch my summoning spell from ignite to barrier. Your the Annie and you saw that they had ignite in the loading screen. Then when you go to drop a Tibbers bomb on me. I have a nice barrier to survive the damage and now your dead cause you couldn't 100-0 me. Now that would kinda suck right???

Is not like that so you won't counter your enemy summoner spells. You can't see them until the beginning of the match

They could allow them to be changed throughout the game with a moderate cooldown. I'm sure their argument against the idea is "clarity."

No this would allow too much diversity, and youd never know if their jungler took Ghost while in fog of war. things like that.

Kinda felt like clarity covered that. Suddenly their adc has barrier heal instead of flash heal.

The cooldown would have to be like 3mins upon swapping spells anyways. Or whatever the cooldown is on the selected spell.

But that would ruin the point of blind pick if you're against let's say a lissandra, you can just take cleanse instead of flash.

I feel like this type of change would ruin the game, and it would lose one of the things that make the game special. It would lose its strategy. If you are playing against someone that has barrier, and suddenly they come back into lane with ignite, you would have to play differently, more cautious. It just ends up with every player constantly checking the other team's items, and every player being extremely paranoid and not actually playing the game.

Question: Would Ornn be able to change summoner spells in lane?
