I've seen alot of things in my 5 year tenure with league. Nocturne's Ultimate [R: Paranoia], will always scare the shit out of me.

Good news is that Nocturne was listed as a Tier-1 Relaunch on Reav3's recent list, unfortunately he's got to wait a bit since champions like Mordekaiser & Fiddlesticks are still existent in Todays game.

He is pretty high on our list. This is largely due to internal data we have that shows TONS of new player are drawn to Nocturnes theme and the idea of his kit, but then they drop him very quickly. Our theory here is that if we modernized his kit and gave him a full VGU then many more people would stick with him and he would be a extremely popular and sticky Champion. Currently I think his playrate is under performing based on how resonate his theme seems to be.

or the fact he is made of paper and his only sacing grace in the junglee outside of his 6 is the fact he "kinda" clears fast

There is no counterplay to him pressing R and obscuring everyone’s sight for the whole teamfight.

(I'm totally not biased for playing today a ranked against a Noc that started to get feed and deleted me every single teamfight, even though we won it was really unfun, but at least we won)
