Broken, as in very little counter play, her dash is really strong. And you can keep doing it, and to be honest it feels like URF mode with those mana costs and cooldowns.
I mean it fits well into her kit, and it's hard to use, but I think it's pretty easy to carry every game once mastered. She's very strong.
This is only coming from a guy who's played like 2 Fiora matches, so I don't know a lot.

Rain NT2 votesShe not too hard to play against, she just has the same play pattern has irelia as she can kill squishy and tanks but has alil more utility for the team for less damage than irelia naturally. And any champ with the same playstyle as Irelia is annoying haha

Passive is obnoxiously overloaded. Read it over in your head.
%/maxHP true damage with a Bonus AD scaling + level-scaling base. Also gives level-scaling healing and level-scaling movement speed upon triggering. 0.5 second cooldown, 15s up-time.
It almost sounds like a joke, right?
LegacyDAP1 votesQ probably doesn't need to be super fixed, but they should probably up the cost by like 10 each rank, and then nerf the damage scaling on it. Not by too much, but so that the passive is still relevant, and she won't just do damage by not hitting her passive on you.
