AFKing in ranked repeatedly should result in perma ban.

I get an afk in ranked at least every 3 games and im tired of this shit. AFKing in ranked multiple times should result in perma ban, and afking in ranked more than once per week should make that player ineligible to continue ranked. Their goddamn toaster of a PC and shit internet connection shouldnt be anyone else's problem but theirs. Furthermore, every afk should receive a punishment of 75 LP per game, so the shitters can afk and stay the fuck in bronze 5 where they belong.
