Bots in ranked games....

Has anyone noticed that you may have a player on your team who talks differently and they dont make any sense and they end up feeding thier ass off. Then you notice later in the game they wont communicate at all? I think these are bots. I have seen them MUTIPLE TIMES. Whats up with this.

Theyre probably just non native english speakers. Why would a bot be programmed to type? And whats the use of deploying a bot to ranked When they obviously wont climb?
