Riot needs to add another tier to Ranked (Copper or Tin)

Bronze has a bunch of people that are not bad and would do well with a team that knows how to play the game. It is also full of people that have no clue how to play the game to the point that even Plat+ players cant carry the team.

Adding another Tier would sift out the players that know what to do who are being weighted down so hard by those that have no clue.

Its so bad to start a game only to see that you have two players with under 30% win rate......
