yes she is since her autos do so much damage despite being ranged with her E which comes off cool down every 6 seconds, she has a slow, and a bs ult that doesn't let her take ANY damage, she's way too rewarding for how easy she is

Only in late game and if she's fed or someone's dumb enough to pick Shen or Poppy into her.

her E which comes off cool down every 6 seconds

I don't see an issue with that.

she has a slow

That costs a shit ton of mana if maxed second, which it happens in almost all matchups. And can't be spammed without her going OOM.

a bs ult that doesn't let her take ANY damage

Unless its meaning on the dictionary changed, that's exactly what invulnerability is. And CC still goes through, not forgetting the fact it's short as heck.

she's way too rewarding for how easy she is

She's immobile, only has a powerspike after three full items, is dunked on by early game champions, as well as being on the border of extreme when it comes to being susceptible to ganks. And she's squishy, can't build a lot of defense items other than a GA and on some cases, Wit's End. She'll always be pushing the lane because E splash damage.

Is she easy? Hardly. No champion is easy. She's not Riven levels of hard, but she's not easy either.

She's... strange.

I used to play quite a bit of Kayle and still keep her in my pocket as a top lane pick, and I think the best way to sum her up is that her kit is incredibly self-synergistic. If she were created today she definitely wouldn't be the way she is, but she's also not abusive or obsolete enough that she's likely to be given an overhaul anytime soon. She's hampered by her strange buildpath as an AP marksman, which is a huge part of what keeps her from becoming an actual issue. Right now, she may be a little on the strong side, she's had a consistently high winrate and it looks like her playrate has doubled since the last time I checked OP.gg (granted, that was a couple months ago), so it's not nearly as low as it once was and she maintains her high playrate. She might need tweaks, but her utter lack of presence in competitive and somewhat strange playstyle (which tends to be less annoying than, say, a mage or an assassin when they are broken) keep her from coming up frequently on the boards and drawing Riot's attention to her.

To answer your question: yeah, she's probably too strong right now.

Yes she is. But she's boring and has significant weaknesses so people don't care about her.
