bomb delivery system?

So I was playing AP Zilean mid. in one teamfight I accidently drooped a bomb on my underfed top Rengo. he ulted and ran right for the enemy adc. GOD DAMN even tho rengo not enough dmg to oneshot the adc, the bomb exploded chunking her to half hp and Rengo was able to finish her off. This makes me wonder if the BOMB DELIVERY SYSTEM can work similar to oriana's ball delivery system. say if I have a Shaco and a Rengo bringing 2 bombs into the middle of enemy team it will do a lot of dmg and an aoe stun.

any thoughts?

Yes, this sort of thing works well. Especially his synergy with Hecarim. I loved Zilean when I mained Hecarim jungle. You give me loads of speed (to help my passive and help me engage), on top of that I have my E and my R, then your bomb for added damage. Insta-gib the back line, then your ult can save me from the focus I take afterwards.

You can od it but not 2 bombs, since when you put the second on top of the delivery guy the first one will explode inmidiatly, but you can combo 1 bomb

It's quite a nifty trick, and one that works especially well with Shaco. Since his ult does not break the invisibility from his Q, Shaco can jump into the middle of the enemy team, ult, then Zilean immediately throws two bombs on the clone. Most teams, upon seeing a Shaco (seemingly) pop out of nowhere, will immediately focus him because he's typically built squishy. But if you land a double bomb on the clone, when they inevitably kill it, you not only get the huge bomb damage, you get the clone explosion as well, which at max rank is 600; certainly nothing to scoff at.

There's also some synergy with Sion, who can E minions into the enemy; if you time it right, Sion can E the minion just before the bomb explodes, greatly increasing its range and causing it to explode on the enemies.

Malzahar can take advantage of this as well using his Voidlings. Just toss a bomb onto a friendly Voidling and get Malz to put his E on a target. The Voidling will chase down the infected target, which gives your bombs a sort of "homing" ability, as it were. Fun times indeed. :)
