Why the hell did they revert the 6% nerfs? That would've actually balanced it probably, since BORK is only strong/meta when it gets to 8%. It was situational on champs when it was 6% (aka, the champs that normally build it vs any champ that can stuff it into their build and not be retarded). Disgusting item against any champ. I even see Renektons building it sometimes because they have innate tankiness and can afford to. Even more disgusting on Lucian cause 2nd hit passive lolz.

I like to play tanks/fighters over ADCs or carry junglers, so that item is literal AIDS to me. Vayne fucks my day up too but that's another story.
