Is Jax jg good atm

So 2/3 through S7, I started to main Jax jg. I was pretty good at it. I stopped playing him to play around with shyvana and lethal tempo. She's basically my boomerang main where she always returns at some point after I stop playing her. Unlike other carry jg's Jax scales late. There are few carry jg's that scale. Of course those ad carry jg's will scale because adc's scale late unless your graves. Most divers who are there to blow people up are pretty fleeting in terms of power. Doesn't mean they are bad, it just means you need to make sure you get your ADC and your carry toplane (if you have one) ahead. assasins have the same issue except they can get out. He has good lvl 3 ganks. His clear speed is average. He's also good all game. Nobody except maybe Olaf can 1v1 him. Especially late game. He also is one of yi's hardest counters. Anyways is Jax jg good atm.
