Did the Server Transfer affect the EUW server?

Since the Server transfer in NA i have a constant 71 ping but before i had a constant 51 ping. it was since the beginning of LoL that i had 51 ping constantly and it never changed until today.

Anyone else having problems in euw?

If it helps my friend in Switzlerand dropped about 60 ping (180->120). It could be an issue with who your provider is too, I know some people are getting negative pings changes when they should get better ping due to their providers.
