better yet, why aren't all runes the same price as the flat ad, flat armor, and flat mr runes?
i really hate that i had to spend 3400 IP on 8 scaling armor seals. that's 
for christs sake.
or 800 ip per cdr glyph. or 6k ip on 3 flat/scaling hp quints
it's totally ridiculous. at least give me to option to pay for runes for 40 rp a pop.

Vesarixx1 votesIf you could buy them with RP it would be kind of pay to win at that point, reducing the IP cost of them would make more sense, or maybe selling them in packs of 9/3 since aside from crit chance marks there aren't really any runes of which you're likely to only use one.
