enemy champions hit with 4 spins lose 25% of their armor for 6 seconds

with

when enemy champions are hit by 4 spins, judgements cooldown is reduced by 1/2/3/4/5 seconds (scaling with rank)

i included a rank scaling to actually put some value on putting ranks into the ability.

alternatively it could just be a flat 2 or 3 seconds, to make those windows between spins just very short mid to lategame at 40% cdr, while you stay in the fight.

the only thing that would need to be looked at would be to disable urf mode spin stacking, when the spin gets cancelled early and effectively goes into negative cooldown.

spin 2 win lol i imagine the whole thing yet i understand why you want this change it undermines teamfight utility for duel dps.

Rather than armor shred, cant they just make it so each time his spin hits someone they take 2-3% more damage capping at 15% or something...

Meaning his ult will still be unaffected when hes hitting a villain (true damage unaffected by damage increases/decreases) but against non villians it wont be as weak as long as he hit them with e a few times.

That and he will synergize with...teammates who don't do physical damage...

I don't play garen much at all, just throwing that idea out there.
