Change Kalista's Ult

I think Kalista needs to seriously have her ult changed or added on to. Without an ally in range, half of her kit is gone, and this is especially painful when she doesn't have an ult. What's worse, if the soul bound leaves or AFKs, there's no help for her. So my proposition is that Kalista needs an alternate function for her ult that doesn't involve the soul bound so that she's not so hindered when they aren't in range. If that's not possible, I'd rather her ult be changed altogether.
