How is season 6 going to improve the abortion that is team builder?

This game mode is 100% unplayable for anyone in Diamond, because it averages ranks. Each team may have two Diamond players, a Platinum player, and two Gold players, but they won't be laned against other team's respectively ranked player.

For example, I'm currently in a game where our Gold V top lane is playing Ryze for the first time. He's laned against a Diamond 2 Riven main. At 10 minutes, he was 0-7-0. Riven had our inner turret at 12 minutes. This game was a gigantic waste of everyone's time and took 20+ minutes to get into.

What is being done to prevent this?

Currently sitting in a 20 minute 'very short' queue, having a really great time. Can't wait to be dropped into a game full of Silver players.
