Could we lower Zed's Shurikan Speed?

So it's less of predicting where it's going, and more of dodging where it's going. It doesn't even have to be that much.

It's annoying enough that it has a huge AD scale, so for it having speeds like sanic is stoopid.

I already made a thread like that before. I don't know how it was received but that would be a true nerf to his late game. I'm just talking about lane presence.

Nerf an already shitty champion some more, maybe he reaches a lower winrate than Bard.

Don't we want to lower his laning presence without affecting his late game though? This would help in lane but would probably make him too unreliable in the mid-late game - something that even Zed doesn't need.

Well I wouldn't want it to like Morgana's Q speed (God Forbid). IMO, if a Zed throws his W shadow right, then it'll be near his target where it won't be too necessary to aim precise, or have to lead the shot.
