Why was Zyra Buffed and not Nerfed?

Doesn't she do too much dmg for someone taken as a support, dont you think that deserves a nerf not a buff?

She is a mid laner. Built to be a mid laner. Buffed for mid lane. Simple as that

This change helps both. I think it will help mid more, but it's still a buff to support as well.

It gives her more counterplay in bot if she tries to hit Qs for the damage. It's an engage-range ability.

I would like a nerf to her plants AS. Make it as it was before please. Or make her plants have 4 HP at level 1. 5 is too annoying to deal with.
