Riot why do you fuck over the players?

Ok I'm going to be fair. When I do bad, I win. When I do really good, I lose. In other words. When I do bad, I'm less skilled than the other team usually and therefore I fuck over the teammates on my team that are actually good by playing poorly. When I do really good, I get fucked over by those on my team that play poorly. For some reason league is notorious for losing and winning streaks. I'm fine with losing, but when I have this huge streak of losses, that means I'm on a downhill slope and it's so daunting.
