As a Yasuo main, Guinsoos is a problematic item.

As a full time Yasuo main, I would call myself "decent" at the champion. My static build on Yasuo is the usual shiv, IE, then I get whatever else depending on the game. Now that rageblade is a thing it gives free attack speed and my autos do on hit magic damage. So obviously I would get it right? OF COURSE! The item is so gold efficient I don't care if it gives me AP. Hell my E has AP scaling. The fact is though, rageblade was allowing me to two shot anyone and I mean ANYONE. This is huge problem because as we see champions who love rage blade get nerfed, the last thing I want is champions are fine get nerfed because of one stupid item. JUST NERF THE DAMN ITEM!
