Do you mean all CCs? Slows, taunts, knockups, stuns, silences, fears, etc or just hard ccs.

how about counting the # of AFKers? or at 2 min if your steam my team is 3 down to 0, we always lose.

thats common sense the more cc the more chance of winning doesnt mean they are always going to win just means they have a better chance
