How good is wukong in the lethality meta

The meta in top has shifted to lethality champions and there aren't as many tanks. Same for mid and jungle. The first. Couple of champions that come into mind are Pantheon and wukong. They can be played in anything that isn't bot Lane. I'm looking to just play one champion and I want to play a champion that doesnt fall off. So I'm left with wukong although pantgeon doesn't fall off extremely hard but it is noticeable. Wukong can go bruiser if needed and he can still dive the backline either way and just w out as long as you don't get cc'd when you do. Also the low elo Koreans seem to play him alot now. Would he be a good choice for the lethality meta that we have shifted to with the buffs it got.
