Kayn is supposed to be weak early before he gets his transformation. My gripe is that his Q deals bonus damage to monsters... so that his early weakness... really isn't one since his clear is so good. Almost every junglers struggle with raptors on their first clear. But Kayn just one-shots them. It's basically a free camp for him while all other junglers struggle, or at the very least spend a lot of time killing them.

Diana has no cooldown on her ult if she so much as lands a q and then ults to the moonlit target. Otherwise, Diana ult is on a 6 second cd with item 3100 , item 3157 , and item 3115 . Corki's W is on a 6.4 (40% of 16 = 9.6. 16-9.6 = 6.4) second cooldown with item 3078 and item 3508 , and with Package flies much further and has massive OOC movement speed. Aatrox Q is on a 3.3 second cd with item 3065 and item 3071 .

Edit: forgot to mention runes arent taken into account, so it may be lower in cases like diana, if they bring ultimate hat.

My biggest problem with Kayn is that he has an assassin form and a sustain form, but because of one specific item in the game (looking at you, item 3147 ) and one specific rune ('sup, Dark Harvest), he still gets assassin damage anyway regardless of form, but his red form just becomes unkillable in 1v1 or 1v2 scenarios.
