Zoe has a ton of clear weaknesses from her lack of waveclear to the fact that she has to rely on other people popping summoners in teamfights for a huge chunk of her kit to even come online.
Her bubble CD reset may need to be shaved down a bit(there are already changes on the PBE) but she is not even close to Camille release levels of OP.

Her mana cost is also non existent

Anyone else find this hilarious that a Yasuo and Ahri main are calling zoe OP when both Yas and Ahri have so much overloaded into their kits and have always been hated for it?
Also please take your own advice at not acknowledging other people's views when they tell you a champion that hasn't gone below 50% winrate in years is not weak(cough you know who). Definition of arrogance or ignorance not sure which.
