Rammus needs some love
ok, I decided to play rammus the other day.
I don't play him very much, but I tend to have a lot of fun when I do. This time was not the case, i made a bad play and died trying to dive under a tower. the top lane starts flaming, saying to report me. we've all dealt with that at some point. that's not what I want to talk about.
what bothered me was, at one point i got to thinking i kinda deserve hate for picking rammus. why? cause he's kinda bad.
His passive is pretty useless, since he scales of AP.
his Q is a decent gap-closing tool, but rammus is naturally slow, so trying to initiate after laning phase becomes more difficult. and even then, between cc,
,
, and other dash-type abilities, hitting with it isn't very reliable.
his W is a good defense buff, and the
effect is nice, but it relies on his taunt, and has a medium cooldown that makes clearing camps very slow.
his E, the taunt, can pretty much guarantee a kill, but is way too one-sided. you get close enough to land it and get a kill, unless you're too far behind, or you don't and they just walk away.
His ultimate is great though, no complaints there.
basically, it feels like he doen't have the right tools to be even ok

maybe I just suck with him, but I feel like he could use some changes. maybe make his abilities scale off armor/AD?
I don't know but i'd love to see him be more playable.
to keep you up all the time. and there is a mastery that gives you a small shield if you apply CC to a champ so Q can be lv 1 all game and you can do armor/taunt/curl/
? Just curiously how well would this synergise with rammus/ rammus Q?
