of all the stuff champs get in kits now
damage reduction, shields, heals, damage boosts, 400 dashes and CC on every other spell, etc
how come we don't see more tenacity? afaik

are the only ones who have it in their kits, and 
used to have it on his W but no longer. it'd be a good way for some champs to be able to weather the myriad of crowd control in the game, particularly if they have no means of avoiding it
hey you guys know who might like tenacity?
