That's not it. Exhaust slows AS, MS, lowers your total damage output, and cuts your armor/MR. It is a very strong spell.

Yea exhaust needs to be toned so it doesnt just remove with the click of a button

yeah, how dare they nerf a summoner that literally wraps the entire meta around it instead of a summoner that is mainly used to deal with certain types of champions for protection!

"Used as protection". Exhaust is more offensive than ignite, why do you think you saw Yas run exhaust and not ign?

like i care what Yasuo builds? ignite is something that is only useful in the laning phase and then falls harder than a boulder thrown on the ocean. Maybe if ignite wasn't a piece of garbage spell Yasuo would be picking it more

I'm using Yasuo as an example of this primarily "defensive" spell being used offensively.

Exhaust is good at everything and its too good at everything and it has a low cd.

Its insanely OP, its arguably stronger than flash atm.
