I was shocked when I saw 
's auto attack range stayed the same unlike 
's rework. 450 is too short for an immobile and squishy mage with long ranged abilities. I think everyone would prefer increased auto attack range over ms boost against enemy champions.
GreenKnight1 votesNo, part of her playstyle is to get around her limitations, and there are ways of mitigating her short AA range.
W, for example is really good for poking enemies, and if you need to AA someone, just go inbetween creeps. Her range is soo big on skills, that her auto attacks would be OP, if she managed to catch someone with low range. Free poke, without retaliation is too broken, at least in early game.
I'm not going to play her anymore, but that's what i picked up from maining her on and off for the past few years.
