I dont think Darius or Garen are broken

Because they were shit before as even of they got in range they did no damage as they had to build full tank in order to get in range. Now that both can build full tank and still be relevant if they get in range is fine as it's easier to kite both of them now, but harder to escape them once they get in range.

Downvote if you disagree and wish to use win rate as why they are op, I'm just stating my opinion.

Garen didn't build full tank before, and he shouldn't build full tank now... Full tank Garen is and was absolutely useless.

You can still kite Darius forever as you could before, it's just that now it matters if he gets close.

Garen does abit too much damage, but he's overall fine.
