level 2 gold card has the same duration then his passive at 1.25 seconds conditional stun is at 2 second and is considerably more safer and easier to pull off especially post starts at 1.25 (post nerf) then increases her passive stun to 1.5 at level 6 and 1.75 at level 11, still far reliable

considering its much more difficult (landing q, empowered auto that procs every 4 hits then w) for a safe version/less safe (q,w,e or aa,q/w,e and ect) to pull off then other champions and the diminishing effects that occur if when its reactivated within 7 seconds leaves alot to be desired, granted hes a great kiter and activate his stun many times chasing down someone. i wouldn't even mind if they slightly uped the diminishing effect for a increase in duration. maybe do what they did with annie and based the stun on scaling levels, make last at maybe 1.5 or 1.75 seconds at maxed. if not increase his stun, then increase his q or w damage for mid game, if i'm not fed i feel like i don't even have a presence outside of my ult.
